ABOUT ME

I am a vibrant individual that tries very hard to live life to it's fullest. I try to stay active and be involved with friends, family, work and my community. I am a pretty extreme extrovert and joke that I even sleep better when I am around people. I am easy going and low maintenance I can have fun doing almost anything, whether that is lounging around watching movies, to going out and clubbing all night. My interests are varied and I love to try new things. I Love art and the arts and have quite a bit of art in my apartment.

PHILOSOPHY

I try and live life to it's fullest as I said. I am a passionate individual that gives of my time, energy, expertise and money to things I feel strongly about. I try to live my life as free of judgement as possible and just treating people the way I want to be treated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently found out about CS and am excited to start participating. I cannot wait to host people and look forward to surfing some others' couches soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have only officially "couch surfed" a few times, but have always been a traveller even when I was a student and didn't have any money. I cultivated relationships and try to network and make connections in every experience I have. One of the best couch surfing I ever did was when I was backpacking Europe a couple of years ago with friends. We had a mutual friend from the US that was a formula 3 race car driver and he had a good friend that was also a racer in Florence, Italy. He hooked us up with him and we met and got to stay at his amazing place in the hills outside of Florence. He and his mother which such gracious awesome hosts and we had an incredible time.

Interests

I am into many things and always looking to expand my interests.
I love reading, movies, travelling (of course), meeting new people, social justice issues, exreme sports, local coffee shops, museums, comedy, music, theater, local restuarants, family owned shops/boutiques, Crocheting, guitar hero/rock band, camping, water sports/swimming, boba teas, and Motorcycling.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love all of these things.
I really like sarcastic/dry movies, independent and foreign films, documentaries and mocumentaries. Some of my favorites are: A very Long engagement, Royal Tennebaums, Drop Dead Gorgeous.
I enjoy all types of books: classics, non-fiction and fiction. Some favorites are : To kill a mocking bird, Invisible Monsters and the tipping point.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My year living in Mexico when I was 16/17 was the most amazing experience of my life. It taught me a ton about myself and others and really helped form me.
