ABOUT ME

I'm a 37 years old music addict from Hamburg, Germany. I love Indie Rock, Folk and Singer/Songwriter music, especially live concerts in small clubs. So when I'm not travelling you probably can find me on a club enjoying music or taking pictures of the bands. Because that's another passion from me: Photography. Once a month we have also bands playing in our living room and you are happy to join when you are in town. When we host a band (and sometimes some friends, too) it could be difficult to host you as well, though.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was travelling through South America and had a blast doing couchsurfing! Met so many nice people, had great talks and made new friends. I wouldn't have enjoyed the cities as much as I did with my couchsurfing hosts.

I had always a blast and got to know the countries and citys better than I could staying in a hostel. So I hope I can make a lot more couchsurfing experiences!

Books: "The Beach" - Alex Garland; I love travel books, so you probably never have heard of them, but also novels, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Torres del Paine while sunrise

Trekking to some remote village in Myanmar and being chased for hours by the local kids who have never met strangers and were so happy to have their pictures taken. Very funny moment.

I can give you some tips of nice places in Germany, South America and lot's of other countries, of good but unknown bands, I can show you great places in Hamburg and I can give you tips to improve in photography!
