I'm a graduate student. I love food. I enjoy when others share recipes with me. I go rock climbing as often as I can. Reading is a cheaper way of traveling. I live in Oakland, and love all of the other open minded people I meet here, as it leads to stimulating conversations and sights.

I’m a new mom! My son was born July 10, 2021, so be aware if you’re surfing with me that there will be a baby around.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In summer of 2012, I spent 1 month in Morocco; trying to improve my French, and 1 month chasing live music around Europe.

In 2009, I spent 9 months traveling and working in Central America and Mexico. I WWOOF-ed (volunteering on organic farms in exchange for food and a room) pretty much the entire time.

Obviamente estoy nueva a couchsurfing, pero me entusiasma tanto sobre eso, porque me encanta conocer gente nueva, especialmente locales, gente que pueda habalar espanol, pues me encantaria mejorar mi espanol, y tambien porque mexicanos en particular me cayen super bueno.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed in Mexico, Italy, England, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, and Czech Republic; I've hosted a dozen or so people at my flat in San Francisco as well. All were positive experiences. Some led to life long friendships. Looking forward to meeting new friends.

I love music. Composing it, listening to it, dancing to it. Like everyone else, I love all genres of music, but those to which I most gravitate as of late are reggae, grunge rock, and psychedelic rock; think Dennis Brown, Alice in Chains, and King Crimson. I enjoy dancing to House and EDM music, but don't normally bump it at home.

I LOVE TO DANCE!! If none of my friends are available, I'll often go out to the club dancing by myself!

Viajando alrededor America Central sola es tan harto, creo que si. Pero, una cosa super grande fue cuando hice una caminata que duraba 7 dias y 40 miles en California, el parque se llamo Mineral King, y fue bien duro, y hermosa.

Hiking King Canyon's 40 mile loop with 5,000ft elevation gains 6 days in a row. Wow. Staggering views I will forever remember.

I may be into dancing, and going out at night, but I also love staying in, catching a movie, or playing a board game. I'm a very respectful guest. I can be perfectly quiet if that's what you prefer, and I can keep to myself, or I am happy to socialize with you. I work out each morning, so I'll be out of your apartment by 8am most days. I wash my dishes right away, and I'm tidy.
