ABOUT ME

I am the different one in my family. The one who has left my hometown and strived for adventure and exciting experiences. I plan on having more of them. I have lived in Minnesota, Colorado, Montana, South Dakota and for the last seven years in China. Starting my seventh! I have been to China, New York City, Los Angeles, Mexico and Hong Kong to name a few. I was once married but not anymore and no children. I have friends of all ages and from all over the world. If pressed for an answer, I would probably prefer to hang with people younger than me as I act and look kinda young. Always looking for new friends. I am active, healthy, enjoy running, exercise, sports, movies, music, hiking, mountains, traveling. I want to do more traveling. I have not seen anything yet!

PHILOSOPHY

I like interesting and exciting things, adventure. I like to do active and exciting things as much as I can. I like to think and act younger than I really am. Its important to me to be healthy and active and look fit. I want to make a difference in this world and in peoples lives.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I used CS one time in my home state in USA. Also, stayed in Shanghai with a man for one week. He was on vacation and not home. He just gave me his keys!! So cool of him!

Interessen

China, Travel, different cultures, music, movies, exercise, running, mountain and nature hiking, outdoors, meeting people, world news, pubs and bars, food, coffee, sports, American football(NFL), making friends.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favorite movies are "Dances With Wolves" and "A River Runs Through It". I really like country music, mostly new country like Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts, Luke Bryan, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood many more. My favorite author is Nicholas Sparks who wrote "The Notebook" and "Three Weeks With My Brother". Many people do not know the latter mentioned book of his. You should read it. Unlike his others, its a true story about his life growing up.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I lived in China and taught English for more than seven years. I have seen and experienced a completely different culture. A great adventure and more to come!
I have climbed mountains in Colorado, run five full marathons (when younger), seen Yellowstone National Park twice, Glacier Park once. New York city many times. Also, recently visited Cambodia. It was very different than China.
