PHILOSOPHY

Everything depends on our perception. If you stay positive wonderful things will happen. Your worse enemy and best friend is your mind, so keep it healthy :) I became a vegetarian some years ago as a tiny contribution to make this world a better place :)

I've had the opportunity to host and been hosted. I've met a lot of nice people and known about other cultures and ways of thinking!

A wonderful day starts practicing Ashtanga and Zazen! All you need to be focus, healthy and happy. I enjoy reading about buddhist philosophy even though I don't consider myself a Buddhist. I really enjoy cooking and eating almost every kind of food :) I like to look for new ingredients and flavours. From a pharmacological perspective I am always amazed by the BIOCHEMISTRY of PLANTS, amazed by all the different kind of substances we can find and their natural applications. Sport are very important too. One of my biggest challenges at the moment is to improve my climbing and surfing skills.

I like electronic music, some progressive and psychedelic rock, clasical music...bla bla. I also enjoy dancing Salsa :) even if I am not good at it :p I would love to learn Tango one day...

- Liberating turtles on the pacific coast of Mexico
- Teaching Yoga is one of things that make me super happy
- I've gone to amazing festivals: "Boom 2012, 2014" in Portugal, it was nice being surrounded by 25000 amazing people and listening to great music at a wonderful national park. The "Lost in theory 2015" in Croatia was also a very nice experience with a lot of wonderful people. Learnt there how to extract essence oils out of wild mints using an old school distillation system.
