ABOUT ME

I entered into the world of couchsurfing after being told about it by friends many moons ago :) I thought "how have i never heard about this?? its awesome!" Since then, my life has totally changed thanks to cs!

I was born in Germany, grew up in a military family so moving and traveling has been a part of me from day one. My mother is German and my father is american, and after a whirlwind childhood, we finally ended up in Leavenworth Kansas where i went to high school.

After finishing college at the University of Kansas, I worked for several years as a social worker in KCMO. Briefly moved to Portland, OR for a little bit (LOVE IT) and then relocated to Dallas, TX. I now live in the suburbs of Dallas with a roommate, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a bird. The nest is full but we have fun!

I'm pretty much down to try anything once and love meeting new people, having new experiences, and learning from everyone! as i say:
" I'm an easy going kinda gal just looking to travel and meet new people!"

oh, and i love beer, animals, rock climbing, and nature. but probably not in that order :)

I live in a house with a non-cs'er and our gaggle of pets. Not open for hosting right now, but would be happy to meet up for beer, coffee, food and adventure.
