About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn how to differentiate trees / Become a dance teacher for handicapped people !

ABOUT ME

Curly-fluffy hair, lots of questions about how this world is turning, cupcakes and hitch-hiking ! (that was me in 4 points. Read more if you want more details ;) )

Spontaneous, enthusiastic, a bit nonchalant, offhand. I don't really like authority!
I like to do whatever I want whenever I want it - which can lead to certain frustrations... But well ! I'm learning from these obstacles then !

Have a balanced and ecological and sustainable life (ok, with some extras from time to time... And no regrets !) ; be respectful of human beings, animals, the planet... Fighting my own negative schemes and spread love ! (this is what I'm working on every day)

Nature-lover, "free-spirit" (a bit too pompous as a description maybe.. But I like it). Fond of american-indian spirituality, meditation, and muffins (especially chocolate ones).

PHILOSOPHY

Be positive !
Always try to see the good side of things (though I know it's not always easy).
Your existence's yours, make it what YOU want it to be.
Do the things as you *feel* it. Be true to yourself.
What you think about, you attract. If you really wish something, whatever it may be, if you really focus on attracting this thing to you, it will come.

*DO EXCITING THINGS.*

Get curious of the world, open yourself.
Enjoy simple things, simple moments, simple landscapes.

"Ships are safe in harbours. But again, this is not what ships are made for."

We human are parts of nature. I believe it's very important that we spend time in nature, feel the green, watch the trees, breathe the fresh air. And think of nothing else.

Be grateful for what you have. For what you are. Every part of your body is a wonder, cherish it. Love yourself ! I'm really into taking care of the body, doing breathing exercises, relaxation...

Smile :) To everyone, to everything - and especially to your own self ! (but it's okay to frown and be angry as well sometimes. >:[ )

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate in CS events in my town and around Europe.
CS is my most used way of accomodation when I travel !
I advise CouchSurfing to my friends, and tell about it to everyone I meet, so the world can become more friendly :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined CS in March 2010, and since then I've been hosted several times in Paris, Budapest, Vienna, Bratislava, Germany, Poland, Netherlands UK, US...
And I took part to a CS canoe tour in Hungary, during August 2010. One of the coolest thing I've experienced :))

But anyway, "people make places" as I found on a CSer's profile.

Interests

Dancing, of course ! Hopefully I'll end up doing something professional with it.
Drawing, painting, scrapbooking, theater (acted as a bush in "Romeo&Juliet". Role of my life.), cinema, (completely into it actually, the more it goes the more I have interest for movies and cinema in general) music.
Arts of all kind, in fact (as you may have noticed).

Culture, museums, paintings.

Nature, its energy, our connection with it. Big cities aren't really for me - though I sometimes like their vibrant buzz...

Meditation. American-Indian spirituality, sweatlodges. Astrology, numerology.

Feminism / Equality in general in society

Languages. Eventually I'll get back to linguistics studies and will become a linguist and will save the endangered languages in the world !! Yayyy !!

Fond of hitch-hiking too ! Little by little it became my designated way of traveling.
Did it a lot alone, in Europe mostly and Hawaii (at the back of pick-ups ! With hair in the wind ! Oh that was cool.)

And how much relevant is it to write that I have interest in traveling ?

Music, Movies, and Books

Yeaaahh boooks !!
There would be too many for being listed here !
I love pirates stories, heroes who are not unfailing, and stories talking about magic and power of words.
"Tobie Lolness" and "Vango", by Timothée de Fombelle, count among my favorites.

About movies, hmmm... I love historical movies, magic ones, singing ones, action ones, or "life-stories" ones... Animation movies ! Pixar, ♫ yeah yeah yeah♫

Music helps me living :) Dance is part of my existence, I can't spend a day without doing a dance move - and dance is linked with music ^^
(It's also pretty helpful for housecleaning : gives energy and motivation !)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch-hiking's pretty exciting :) Europe hitch-hiking tour on my own, 14 days, 5 countries, June 2014.

Couple retreat in Hawaii. Taught me so much about couple relationships.

Vipassana 10-day meditation course.

The most amazing thing I think, is that I live every day following my heart and intuition :)

Teach, Learn, Share

*Teach*
I can teach you French ! :D

Relaxation ; Massages ; [Vegetarian] cooking (cakes ♥) ; Meditation(s). All of these are things I'd like to discover and learn more about (linked with below)

*Learn*
Anything you like and you're pleased to share, I'll be glad to listen and to assimilate. My eyes and ears are wide open, catching everything I can from this world to enjoy as most as possible its diversity. So you're most welcome to help me discover ;) Music, cooking, outdoor activities, languages...
Oh and one of my great interest&love is archery. I'm not excellent at it, but it's on my bucket list to become some kind of female-Legolas. I still wonder why I don't walk around with a bow tied around my chest and a quiver in my back...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Probably a chocolate cake, which is my supreme passion among all things in life and universe and eatable stuffs.

A good and original idea of a movie you probably haven't seen yet
