About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My Guest is God to Me!

A calm guy with a positive attitude!

Easy going and always enjoy meeting new people from different cultural backgrounds.

I am an author of two books:

1) '21 Doors to Happiness: Life through Travel Experience and Meditation', which is available on Amazon UK, USA, and Europe. Finished 2 more books and looking for publishers now.

2) Okozid (Ecocide): This book is in German Language and on Climate Change and and I have co-authored with many other public figures from around the world.

For the past few years, I am active in environmental activism in Europe and India. A few of my interviews on the environment are here:

I am a vegetarian since birth :)

Every day I am discovering myself and this world, an artist by heart but forced to become a software professional.. lol.. :P

I am philosophical, spiritual and enjoy materialism (party, dancing, films, night outs) equally :-)

PHILOSOPHY

On a spiritual journey!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Willing to help people who want to know about my city and also to host travelers who are in search of something (peace, love, wisdom, purpose, life etc..)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far amazing experience. :-)

Just a request to guests:

CS community is not a free hostel place and you should connect with your host as well. Spend some time with the host too. It's always good to read profile of the host and only send requests if you find common connections/likes. It’s a community and it has some philosophical meaning. Embrace and celebrate this community. This is good for each member if we contribute to a CS community in this materialistic world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many:

1) Teaching different types of Meditation in Tanzania, Spain and in the UK. Now doing in Germany.

2) Full Time volunteering with one NGO - India Against Corruption(IAC), and I organized protests/events throughout India and was handling media section for this group. It was the most powerful and controversial NGO in India :-) We were trying to make India corruption free and it gives me immense pleasure to be part of it. But now this NGO has formed a political party named 'AAP'. You can call me a social-political activist too.
;-) for more information you can visit: www.indiaagainstcorruption.org

3) Bicycle Safari in Kenya – I cycled with one Argentinian friend for around 40 miles in Kenya (close to Nairobi) and visited beautiful gorges.

4) Camping in Serengeti and saw migration of millions of animals going from Tanzania towards Kenya (Masai Mara).

5) Got back my stolen passport, national id card, phone.. from beach boys in Ghana (Elmina Castle) after 24 hrs of chase.

6) Have been part of many road blockades outside parliaments in European cities (London, Berlin, Madrid, Paris, Brussels). All for environmental activism and all were non-violent and peaceful demonstrations.

And still discovering :-)
