ABOUT ME

Hi all,

Well I'm a typical Kiwi boy thats seen a bit of the world! I grew up in a small town(Whakatane) and moved the capital Wellington, then onto London where I lived for over three years. I came back to NZ late 2013 after having some amazing adventures and meeting equally amazing people! A lot of it thanks to Couchsurfing.

I'm really interested in seeing as much of the world as possible, experiencing it, its people, its heart and soul.
I'm of Maori (NZ Native) descent my tribe (Ngati Porou) is from the East coast of New Zealand.
I also work as a senior manager for New Zealand Red Cross so my life is very busy!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was CSing all around the world while living in London and I've made some wonderful life long friends, what I love is that everyone is on the same wave length! Opening of their hearts and homes - its a very special community!
Now I'm back in the most beautiful country on earth I'd love to give some back :)

Well I looooove travel! But also I'm a very social creature, so heading out and seeing the night life. I have had a love of classic cars since my childhood.

I try to travel overseas once a year! May not sound like much if you live in Europe but try living on a tiny Island on the other side of the earth! ha ha
Because of our remoteness I tried to see as much as possible, country total so far is 56, top 5 Cuba, Jordan, Nepal, Italy and Egypt. Heading to Argentina, Brazil and Peru in April 2019.
