ABOUT ME

It's quite difficult to describe myself. Probably I keep to my word in most cases and I say directly what I think about everything that surrounds me. I was an idealist some time ago, now I'm completely bored.

PHILOSOPHY

I have lived a double life for a long time, being an engineer, occupying myself with personal computers, database and networking issues and at the same time exploring human feelings, emotions, trying to find something miraculous and spiritual, something beyond the material profit.

I realized that life is beautiful anyway but what moves you forward and makes it special is your hope and of course your love. Without them, we're walking like shadows in this world, without purpose, we are lost, and everything around us seems to be empty.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies, music and books that provoke feelings, raise questions, that tell an interesting story in an interesting way, promote humanity.

Favorite directors- Cristi Puiu, Krzystow Kieslowski, Tom Tykver, Pedro Almodovar, Anders Thomas Jensen. Some of my favourite movies- "California dreamin'(nesfarsit)"(2007 RO), "Chlopaki nie placza"(2000 PL), "Blue is the warmest colour"(2013 FR), "Jizda"(1994, CZ), "Diarios de motocicleta" (2004, Argentina), "Der Tunnel" (2001 DE), "Vesnicko má stredisková"(1985, CZ) "Das Leben der Anderen"(2006) etc.

Favourite artists- Pink Floyd, Depeche mode, Dire Straits, Interpol. I listen to jazz and blues also and really enjoy it.

Writers- Albert Camus and Jaroslav Hasek.(OK I don't read that much)
