We are a couple sharing a true passion for travelling, developed together by the years. Our adventures through the world started as soon as we finished our studies and never really ended yet. Since 2010, we save money, sell everything we own and go travelling as long as we can then come back to start over again.In the last years, we have tried to settle for a while and to have a "regular" lifestyle, but it simply doesn't fit with us.

And now, after two years without travelling, we are now ready to begin a new journey through the world with only a starting point. Everything else will depend of our discoveries and our meeting.

As travellers, we love to be involved in projects with people and to take part of the local culture. That's why we use most of the time CouchSurfing and Workaway/Help Exchange.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CouchSurfing is part of our life now, we can't think of a trip without it. For us, it's much more than a trick to travel for cheap, it's a travel philosophy that we totally integrate to our life. We consider that exploring other countries is an opportunity for learning, sharing and growing. That's why we just can't stop!

Interests

As interests apart of travelling, we both enjoy outdoor activities (especially hiking), walking through new cities, having a good coffee, learning and we likes playing bord games. Marie loves to read, to cook and to write, while William prefers to listing at loud music, to solve problems and to hang out with a group.

We also enjoy watching movies, having a drink and to chat with people.

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: We really appreciate foreign movies! We like when the scenario brings you somewhere else, when you need to think about it or when it shows you a different way of being... And there's also those movies making you laugh and having good time :)

music: A lot of different styles. We enjoy independent music, the greatest of the 60'-70', electronic music, classical music and folk music, especially from Québec.
We are always happy to discover new group or music style.

Books: Like movies, we appreciate books that bring you somewhere else. Paulo Cohelo is a good example of that.
We are always looking for good recommendation ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Quit our job, sold everything we own and leave our normal life to make our dreams come true... And doing it again and again!

Generosity and welcoming people during our travels were always totally amazing!

Of course, we also have a lot of good travel stories to tell ;)
