ABOUT ME

~Alex and Kathleen~
We have been travelling for soo long, but finally decided to "settle down", or at least have a more permanent home to come back to.

Lately, we've been doing a lot more daytrips, exploring upstate NY/NJ/PA as well as our own city. I can't believe we grew up within a few hours of soo much and even travelled the world without really knowing our own backyard!! Sooo now we are taking advantage of the fact that we live in the greatest city in the world and are looking to share it with other fun loving people! =)

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live by that.

HOSTING: We just bought a home!!!!! so we can finally host!

HANG OUT:If you already have somewhere to stay, still feel free to send us a message. If we are free, maybe we can still meet up and take you to the BEST pizzeria in NY, and show you the most diverse county in the world, (over 170 languages spoken) not to mention the BEST hole in the wall restaurants. If you're around in the summer, we love going out to Long Island. We have our favorite orchards, vineyards, and beautiful beaches we love visiting on weekends, so let us know if you want to come along for the ride!

Love traveling, learning about other cultures, trying new foods, meeting new people, and exploring new places. Love going to the beach(soon hope to be PADI certified), dancing(salsa, merengue, bachata, whatever!~even learning ballroom although he tends to have two left feet..heh!!), and clowning around with friends. Always up for an adventure!!

We have a very eclectic taste in music. Love rock, latin, 80's, oldies, and pop. Kathleen also listens to country music and Alex loves his 90's rap and reggae.

I love romantic comedies, dramas, Disney, Bollywood movies, and good psychological thrillers. In addition to Alex hiding his tears during my movies, he loves action and stand up comedy. We both usually end up settling on a suspense or crime drama though. Some favorite movies are A Bronx Tale, Gladiator, Sin Nombre, Airplane!, Salaam Namaste, Coming to America, Rocky, Beauty & the Beast, and so on.. and so on...
