About Me

ABOUT ME

I spent my childhood in the town named Seaside (Jurmala) on the River street (Upes iela). So I'm half a mermaid.
I grew up in Moscow.
Now it seems I live in Rome.
I like watching X-files in the evening and be afraid, walking in the dawn when streets are empty, sleeping people, when someone give me flowers, pass whole day under the blanket watching discovery channel or national geographic, my panda-toy, people with taste, waking up in the morning and feel that I had enough sleep, walking, backpacking, swimming in the sea, swimming in the lakes, swimming in the rivers, swimming in the oceans, swimming everywhere, even in swimming pools, sleeping under the warm blanket, watching the ballet in the theater or listening to symphonic orchestra, first bite of a meal when I'm very hungry, when comes the one you've been waiting for, IKEA, drinking good wine, smelling the air, cheese, taking plain trips, crawling into the bed after a long day, sniffing everything around, walking in airports, seafood, new notebooks, hunting rare bottles with fragrances, hug people I love, women.
I don't like bright light, misogyny, hot weather, sunbathing, phone calling, people speaking about the things they don't know nothing about, people who are afraid of everything, empty conversations about the weather, corn, cilantro and mosquitos.

PHILOSOPHY

- What about... societal structure on your planet? Government.
- No, there's no need for one.
- You have no laws?
- No laws. No lawyers.
- How do you know right from wrong?
- Every being in the universe knows right from wrong, Mark.

Let them be helpless like children, because weakness is a great thing, and strength is nothing. When a man is just born, he is weak and flexible. When he dies, he is hard and insensitive. When a tree is growing, it's tender and pliant. But when it's dry and hard, it dies. Hardness and strength are death's companions. Pliancy and weakness express the dew of being. Because what has hardened will never overcome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
