My name is Freya and I find myself returning to a life that is very free-flowing and involves a lot of travelling. I am an artist, an animator, a film-maker and a holistic healer who has begun her spiritual work in this life time. I am a reflexologist, I do some reiki and I also do soul-plan readings and spontaneous healing! I believe I will learn many techniques before I build my own system for spiritual healing.

As I find myself drawn on an exciting and often surprising spiritual path I am seeing how important the people that come into my life are and I believe that couchsurfing is one way to make some of these connections.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing opens up the possibility to make new connections with people who you may not otherwise meet. It gives you a new avenue to meet open-minded and open-hearted people who you can share with and learn from about cultures, individuals and life.

Interests

Art and creativity, holistic healing techniques, raw food, herbalism, nature, following the guidance of the universe, meditation, spirituality, yoga, mantras, people, languages, different cultures, exploring the world, self-development, helping others.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: anything that moves me, that I connect with, or have fun with, but I especially like something with a lot of layers, a lot of space and atmosphere that you can get lost in

Movies: something challenging, either in content or in style

Books: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Exploring Atlantis by Frank Alper, books on alchemy, consciousness, meditation, improving the way that we live on this Earth.

I read a lot about being healthy in a natural way and I am more than happy to share this information with you or to discuss the holistic approach to health. I also know quite a lot about alternative therapies.

I am always keen to discuss spiritual questions or to talk on a very personal level about myself and yourself - we all have different things that we can learn from each other and I think we get the most from being completely open and honest with one another.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can help you with video or animation based work or other creative things.

I can give you a reflexology session - it is a very relaxing holistic healing therapy and we tailor it to your specific needs. Alternatively I can also give you a reiki session or a soul plan reading (based on your birth name), or we can practise some meditation, mantra chanting or yoga together.
