About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel, discover the world, meet new friends, have new adventures, open my mind and heart

ABOUT ME

About a year ago I was on the typical time of school, work, job, marriage, children, and grow old like most people around the world but I realize I wanted more for my life wanted to explore the world and open my mind. I was working in corporate America in California so I decided to take a leave of absence from my work and travel to gain new perspectives not only about myself but about the people and places of this world. I have been traveling for almost a year now and almost out of money but I am now consider myself richer than before I left. I believe travel changes you and expand the mind for the better and the more people and places you explore the more open and educated you become.

I am what some may call a "jack of all trades". I have so many interests that sometimes it's hard to find time to do it all. I'm pretty easy going and try to live at peace with the world and everyone around me. I like to meet new friends, go to new places, and share ideas and interesting stories, and especially eat new types of food. I believe everyone is interesting and special in their own way and I like to discover that in people that I meet.

I was born in Vietnam but emigrated to the US when I was young and grew up in Southern California where the sun always shine and the weather is always the same. I love to travel to see all the different places and weather on earth and how others on this small planet live their lives and what makes them happy or the challenges that they have. The more I travel the more I understand how people are the way they are and I also come to realize how bless and lucky I am. I take that to heart and try to help others less fortunate than me.

PHILOSOPHY

Live....learn....explore....love....teach....give back
