ABOUT ME

I'm friendly and outgoing, always looking to have a good time. I love to travel,meet new people and cultures. I'm currently a student in Winnipeg, Canada.Graduating in April 2012 and will be traveling Europe this summer with my friend who has not yet been there.
I was born in Ljublajana, Slovenia and lived there until I was 11 years old after that we move to Samobor, Croatia where I lived one year and after that my family and I moved to Winnipeg,Canada where I have lived ever since with the exception that when I was 19 years old i lived in British Columbia and from Freiburg, Germany. I study languages, German, Spanish and Italian from which I am fluent in German, pretty good in Spanish and ok in Italian. I am fluent in Croatian since we still speak it at home and I know Slovenian to. After I graduate I plan to get a masters degree in Translation and Interpretation and hopefully when that is done I can find a job in Europe and live there , preferably in Croatia. I would love to move back. Another thing about me is that I have a dog, his name is Boki and he is 4. He is the greatest and I love him more than anything :).

PHILOSOPHY

I am an optimist and i enjoy life and everything about it, I don't like to stress about things that happened, I like focusing on the future and not dwelling on the past. I like the saying live life to the fullest , like its your last. I don't worry about what others think, i do what makes me happy and i am confident in the decisions i make.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

so I have created this profile a few years ago but I have not yet used it really or participated before. Now though I can host as well that I am back in Canada and I have space to host. Also now that I will be in Europe this summer and that I plan on traveling lots since I will soon be out of school I think its a great way to meet people. I have lots of friends who have used Couch Surfing and they have told me only great things about it so I am excited.
