CURRENT MISSION: To keep becoming the most badass, magical, empowered, alive, transformative Wisdom & Worthiness Coach for women!! I am also just beginning to take over the management of a beautiful retreat center in the Canary Islands with my husband and our little dog Meeka. Lastly, I am practicing being present, both in my mind and my body, and feeling grateful no matter what life brings my way.

ABOUT ME: I love stories. I like to pretend I hate birds and then buy things with birds on them. I like the sun more than the rain. I like to be crazy and impulsive and predictable at the same time. I love super adventures. I have fun doing absolutely nothing. Lately I've been getting pretty good at brewing kombucha. I like working in my garden and smoking spliffs. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted a ton of beautiful people beginning in 2006 and surfed around Europe for about 4 months in 2007. CouchSurfing has brought me some of the best times of my life!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I went driving down the Blue Ridge Parkway, went hiking up the Appalachian Trail, and sat there on humpback rock, overlooking the Shenandoah Valley. It was breathtaking.
