Hello! I'm a 28 yo Italian who's been living in the UK for the last 10 years. I'm a Buddhist and believe in being kind, compassionate and encouraging friends along the way. I like listening to people and what they're passionate about and found that Couch Surfing has been a great way of meeting people from around the world!

Interest include: art, literature, theatre, writing, film (I work in documentary production), campaigning for social justice, the outdoors and of course travelling :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Due to always housesharing with people who are not particularly keen on Couchsurfing, I'm unable to host. So instead I really enjoy meeting people for coffee and showing them the city!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I met two girls for coffee, Ula, from Poland, and Crystal from Hong Kong, both lovely people I'd like to see again. In April 2011 I hosted Barn, a German air force officer who came to Ediburgh for a week end. In the summer 2012 I met some couch surfers in California and had a great time with them - we're still in touch to this day!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rock climbing in Cuba; trekking in the jungle at the border between Thailand and Laos; seeing the sunset in Bali; visiting the Alahambra in Granada; exploring San Francisco, Berkley and Oakland, and making great friends along the way.
