ABOUT ME

CURRENTLY LIVING IN LONDON!

An intrepid globe trotter in search of great people and adventure.

Writing is one of my greatest passions and I aspire to combine this with my first passion (travel) to one day be a great travel writer.

I love running and being outdoors, especially on the beach and in the sea (being healthy and what not) on the flip side, I also love to have a few drinks, listen to music, get a bit silly and meet new people. If you are easy going and friendly, I can guarantee we will get along.

I spent 6 months living in France and my parents have a house in the south west. I love languages and learning about new cultures. I would love to learn to Salsa and I really want to improve my French as well as learn Spanish and Italian.

I often put myself into sticky situations (i.e being under prepared by not booking a hostel, or a bus and just seeing where I end up) because I love the story that comes out of it. At the same time, I like to think I have myself together and am organised and prepared where I need to be.

With each new city or country I visit I add about another two, to my already massive list of places to go. I am travel obsessed, but I could think of no better passion.

I want to meet people that inspire me and excite me, making me want to be a better person and get the most out of life!!

PHILOSOPHY

I go about everything with my eyes wide open. I am like a sponge always wanting to know and learn new things and meet new people. I live my life to travel and experience wonderful things. I'm a firm believer that if you have a closed mind, you'll never know the brilliance that exists all around us!

Even though I am traveling at the moment, when I return I will be opening my doors to the world. Until then, I am happy to meet up with anyone, anywhere to chat about the ways of the world...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This whole thing is very new to me, but I love the idea. I have just read 'Sleeping Around' which I can recommend to any couch surfer and with each page, I become more and more inspired to get going to surf my first couch.

- The Kindness of Strangers (I'm a Lonely Planet fiend, if they've written it, I've probably read it)
- Sleeping Around (About a guy who couch surfed his way around the world)
- The Naked Buddah (I am by no means a religious person, but I read this book recently and I love the concept of buddhism. Would love to know more about it).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done, was to have gone overseas for the first time at age 15. Since then, I've never looked back and am continuously on the move and travel is one of my many passions.
