ABOUT ME

I am fascinated by so much; there is symphony in the rain, a world in each shared gaze and more beauty in the potential of this life than I can express.

I can never turn down good conversation and good company, and am prone to spontaneous singing/dancing in the street.
I'm a student of Fine Art at the University of Oxford.

Any description here will be insufficient, we are all people and 'about' isn't enough. So here's what I believe.

I believe Life is for living not for surviving.

I believe Happiness, for yourself and those around you, follows being grateful and actions based in a state liberated from fear.

I believe that expectations limit engagement and fulfilment.

I believe that encounters, connections, are more integral to a human life than money or status.

I believe anyone can travel beside me, but you must be ready.

I believe love is something you give, not something you take. No exceptions.

PHILOSOPHY

You're on the ride - open your eyes!
Life gives much to those who try.
It's easy to be lazy let life pass you by,
but whatever's worth having has got to be worth the fight.
Just try and spend your time as wisely as you can, don't kill time, don't waste it, use it. Travelling or not, life is made for living, for people and places, passions, to find and lose love, to take the risks and have no regrets, learn from hardship, savour the good, find yourself amongst others and your home in a thousand hearts.

Love everyone you meet,
wear your heart on your sleeve,
roll with the punches and give what you need.

Don't worry about what i say, it's only for me, find your way through life, your own way to be.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn everything, or rather anything! I am excited by so much in life! If you know a language, I'll listen for as long as you can talk. The same is true if you've got stories to tell. I'm happy to talk about any aspect of life from experimental music to local culture, from the philosophy of the human condition to the best night you've ever had.
I may be able to teach some guitar, or massage skills, English, or share my way of seeing the world. Oh, or i can teach you to make a flute from bamboo.
