I'm an openminded and relaxed person, who always is on the lookout for new and interesting people to meet.

I enjoy sports and activities, in general I love experiencing the world in an active way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm surfing with my girlfriend when we're away from home. We have completely fallen for the CS-idea because it's a wonderful and enriching way to meet people around the world. When traveling we believe that most of the great experiences come from meeting the local people and through them learn about their country or city.

Currently my girlfriend and I don't have room for surfers, but if i have the time I'm willing to meet you and give some good tips about where to go to in Copenhagen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My girlfriend and I had our first surf when we went to Melbourne for a few days, and it was absolutely fantastic. We might have been lucky to run into this open and extremely friendly guy, but it really opened my eyes to the opportunities this community gives. Since that we have had other great CS experiences on our travels up the Australian east coast and in New Zealand.

Intereses

I relly enjoy doing sport, especially anything that requires endurance. I swim, cycle and run - or in short; do triathlon. I have completed an Ironman, 2 half Ironman, a handful of shorter triathlons, and run three marathons (for those interested the fastest one was in 3:09). So if you're up for some training I'm in! I also enjoy hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking and other outdoor activities.

I like fixing bikes and often have several bike projects going on. When traveling I would be more than happy to help with bike issues, if something has gone out of order.

I enjoy things that are related to fantasy universes. I'm a big fan of The Lord of the Rings, both the books and the movies. I like a good board game and enjoy playing other tabletop games with my friends as well.

High on my list is a good beer, a glass of port and sometimes a whiskey. I especially enjoy finding local breweries to hear about their brewing and have a good, dark and full-flavored beer. I don't fancy getting very drunk and going out all night, but rather enjoys alcohol for its taste than its effect ;-)

I'm a big fan of The Lord of the Rings both the books and the movies. I like old classic rock music, modern english rock or new indie tones.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I went with my family to New Zealand for about five years ago, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. That country does really have everything to offer.

At my first year at university we were 6 guys who decided to go for a one month trip through eastern Europe. It was amazing to experience so many different cultures and people. A trip I will never forget.

I would gladly share my knowledge in psychology if you're interested in that, but it's a big field of knowledge, and I definitely don't know all of it ;-)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

You will be hosting a guy that is interested in learning about who you are, the place you live and what you do - I travel to meet people!

I'm always happy to cook you a meal, can't guarantee that it will be a danish speciality but I'll do my best to make something delicious.
