ABOUT ME

Hey everyone, I'm Erik! I grew up and lived in Montreal, Canada almost my whole life. I've travelled a bit everywhere in North America and did a Eurotrip in 2010. I also have French citizenship and have a lot of family there, so I've been there quite a few times. I graduated from McGill in Mechanical Engineering in 2011. After a year of working in Montreal, I got bored so I got a job in Hamburg and moved there in Sept 2012. And now I'm living it up in Germany.

Dont be afraid to try anything new or strange. Always try as many different things as you can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I go to some weekly meetings. I also participate in the language cafés on Sundays; great way to meet new peeps and improve your languages. I haven't hosted yet, but would love to once I have an appropriate home to do so.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed once in Cologne during Karneval. Host was super nice and I had the best time in Cologne with him and his roommates. Definitely an awesome first couchsurfing experience.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Going on a Eurotrip for two months with my best bud was definitely a highlight of my life. Saw so many cool places, met so many awesome people from everywhere and did amazing things. I can tell you more in person!
