Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Two college art students looking to connect with artists, community builders, and activists
ABOUT ME
Keisa: 22 year old Queer Black feminist that loves meeting new people, combining art and activism, and exploring new places.
Brian: A legal 19 year old in the body of a 15 year old trying hard to think like a 4 year old: I like flowers. Viva Mexico. (Brian is also a writer, storyteller, and lover of good jeans)
PHILOSOPHY
I go by this Audre Lorde quote: “It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Keisa will be making semi-frequent trips to NYC to make connections and explore. If you're down to host them for a day or two, that would be great.
If you're interested in crashing in Chicago, one of us would be more than willing to host.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted couchsurfers and they were all fabulous! I haven't done much couchsurfing on my own, but that's going to change soon!
