ABOUT ME
I am really pleased to look back on something I wrote two years ago and still find that I agree with it!;
I am adventurous, very keen to learn (as I have a lot to learn), love talking about the world. I believe that other worlds enrich our own.

I like to meet new people, but also value my own time and space. I value a sense of well-being and health in my life, through exercise, through being outdoors with nature, and through spending time laughing with friends.

I studied International Development and have an interest in other world views and culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

8 years ago, I wrote:
I've been travelling for a few years, have returned to the UK and hope to share the experience of living in Scotland with some other friendly souls.

2024:
I haven't been on a long travel in a few years, except occassional stints of a month or so to places in Europe. Life has taken it's turns, and I'm ready to try a new adventure, being in a new environment, connecting with others and nature.

Lake Malawi, swimming in it even though I got a parasite (now gone) because of it.
