ABOUT ME

If I would say something about myself, I would say that I am passionate. I am passionate about my life. I am passionate about getting to know new things, new people, new places, new moments. I love learning, on one hand I love learning about what life brings to you but on the other hand I am really interested in history, literature, art... I guess I try to life live in a meaningful way. It is hard for me to stay very long in the same place (which in my mother tongue Catalan, means (sóc un cul inquiet)). It is because of this I always need to have something new to discover in front of me. Although it doesn't mean that I live in a stressful way, on the contrary. I have been teaching myself that the slower life goes, the more I enjoy it.
I enjoy spending time with my friends, sharing moments and thoughts, hugs and smiles :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been increasing a lot recently. The first time I heard about it was a long time ago. In London I went to different meetings and I met really nice people. But it was not until I arrived to Krakow that I realized how important Couchsurfing is. It should be a way to live life, I am just freaking out, how people give things to you because they want to. I have been surfing and it has felt like home, having really interesting talks, and receiving help from everywhere. I just feel I want to give back to people, because I want to. Let's try to feel closer to other people!

Interests

I always carry a small notebook with me, I love keeping moments, situations, feelings, people...in it. I feel like I am drawing what I am living and experiencing, I have plenty of those notebooks, which usually are presents from my friends, (the one I am using now is from Thailand) and all of them hide secrets or experiences that I lived. I like it because when I take a look back allows me to travel again and to remember the nice experiences and situations I had. It is not just to amount letters or sentences or words but to create literature, my literature.
I would draw a line from the past (and one specific epoque, author or moment) and it would become a labyrinth. I can't choose, I love reading, I love reading from Chaucer until Nabokov, Houllebecq is one important in my library. Spanish as South-american literature, Borges and of course my 100 años de Soledad. I am in love with the fresh catalan literature and I never forget to drive to the German Classics as Mann...or even Herman Hesse.
