About Me

I'm currently finishing my masters in architecture, and that takes up quite a lot of my time. In between I try to find time to do some sports, be creative and 'make' things (I make some bags and jewellry etc), learn foreign languages and hang out with my friends.
In Ljubljana, I work in a hostel, which is hands down the best (student) job ever! Especially since even though you're not travelling at that moment, you still get to meet new and interesting people from all over the world. I've really met so many incredible people this way. I also work a few times a week as a hostess at the Ljubljana puppet theatre, which is pretty fun as well.
I would say I have a travelling itch that just doesn't seem to get scratched, so I like to get out and about whenever I can.
I spent the last 2 years mostly living abroad, spent one year in Paris and half a year in Berlin, which left me with a lot of friends that I don't see as often as I would like to, which means there's also a lot of travelling - visiting to do. :)
My plan for after I've graduated is to travel around Asia for a couple of months. I've been to the Philippines and Indonesia in the last 2 years and have been wishing ever since to have more time to travel around that end of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's an amazing concept, and I've only had the best experience with it. I've been hosted a few times and I always met the best, nicest of people. One already amazing couchsurfing experience (I'm looking at you Vinnie!) even turned into an amazing friendship after I moved to Paris a year later.
I'm yet to have my own place to be able to host, but hopefully one day soon.
