ABOUT ME

I am a student and I work full time. I study Geography, Cartography and Hydrology. I want to work for the city working with water resource management. As far as interests go: I'm into photography, food, wine, craft beer, maps and exercise. I like having discussions about globally relative issues and hearing about other peoples experience and gaining new insights. I am a Gemini, known for dual personalities. It all depends on how I'm feeling on a day: sometimes I will be a fairly quite and reserved person who would prefer a small dinner party of 5 close friends over a major house party - but then other times raging sounds just as good!

PHILOSOPHY

Be respectful towards the natural beauty of the planet and it's inhabitants above all else. When we leave our physical forms, I believe we should have made a positive change in the world around us, because our actions stay around even after we are gone!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Good stuff.I surfed through Europe in early/mid 2011. In the beginning couchsurfing began as just an experiment to me, but soon became a huge part of my travel experience. I was able to meet so many amazing people - traveling isn't the same without it in my opinion. I really want to start hosting, I just got a new place in an amazing part of Portland.

Music, Movies, and Books

Everything...ya..everything...not big on novels/literature really since I am always reading textbooks for classes. I listen to every type of music, especially indie rock and electronic.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving was sweet...I've also been through about half of the states in the U.S.A on an R.V. road trip. Backpacking in Europe for 3 months, skydiving, scuba diving....
