Traveling fool, just returned from seven month tour of Western Europe and Egypt, I am a season ticket holder with the Sanm Diego Chargers football team. I plan to continue traveling extensively throughout Europe. I enjoy meeting new people and hosting travelers in my home and showing them around. I read a lot and have an interesting library.

New to all of this, I had a great experience with Couchsurfing when I was in Europe and eager to return the favor by providing a safe comfotable place for travelers. Home has room for several travelers,

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have now Couchsurfed in five (5) European countries. Enjoyed the experience in each nd every Country and home I have stayed in. Learned so much more about the places I visited while Couchsurfing then I could possibly ever have on my own.

Interests

I like to read, teach classes that involve role playing. I like to travel, and would appreciate tips on how to do it more economically and skillfully

Music, Movies, and Books

Love the early work of Leon Uris, really helped me understand other countries political issues. Use to like Tom Clancy till he got all P/C. I have been toying with idea of setting up a Banned Books Library. I like all types of music except what one would describe as traditional jazz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ran with the Bulls in San Fermin next to teenage son, this week 7-7 and 7-8, toured the new Wembley stadium prior to seeing the Chargers play the Saints there 2 years ago,sailed around Barcelona with son and daughter, toured Prague. Can't think of the one big thing, but running with the bulls was pretty intense.

I can teach a little self defense, I can show you something about bbq, I would like to learn about traveling smarter. I am not a technological wizard, so anything along that line I could use help on. I do know my way around California, and can give helpful hints on where to go.
