About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To explore different cultures through more travel.

ABOUT ME

I am a native Dominican. Spanish is my first language, and I feel fortunate to be able to speak such beautiful language.

I moved to the United States when I was 12 and have since made this my home. I love to travel and learn about different cultures. I feel there's something magical about getting on a plane and landing in a different place where people have different beliefs and traditions.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to live life to the fullest and be greatful for what I have. When going through Tough times with tendency to complain, think about the less fortunate people in the world and be greatfull. Two things I cherrish the most in life are my freedom/indepence and my health.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am relatively new to couch surfing and have not done any surfing yet.

Interests

I love the beach and any place warm, and try to travel to warm places with nice beaches as much as possible.
I have a soft spot for animals and have a small pameranean.

I also enjoy culture, art, architecture, yoga, music, the theater, meeting different people, the spring summer and fall (not very fond of the winter,)and travel among other things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went through Army Boot Camp. Hated most of it and have no idea how I was ever able to shoot a gun, throw a granade and crowl on the dirt like I did. But all in all, it was a learning experience that has helped to shape who I am today. Luckily I got out before the war against Iraq!
