About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live and break away from everyday expectations, continuously challenging myself to achieve new heights.

ABOUT ME

Well A quick introduction to me (What used to be quick anyways)and what brought me here to CS!

In 2009 I graduated with my marketing Diploma. After working a couple jobs I began marketing for a restaurant chain.

WHAMMO - In June 2010 I had a major life epiphany in the blink of an eye. I decided to let go and dream. The urge to experience life in a new, enriching, and exciting way completely called out to me and I began a life journey!

In Oct 2011 I began backpacking by hitchhiking with my parents south through the US, then continuing on my own into Mexico. Life eventually brought me to a country that I fell in love with: Guatemala! As my first Spanish teacher told me, "it's not Guatemala its GuateLINDA!"

I truly do love people, I have always been a social butterfly! I am a comedian (sarcasm always prevails), a dramatist, a philosopher, an entrepreneur, a dreamer, random at times, and a fan of meeting new people and having new experiences that drive me forward in life.

Came back to Alberta in late 2012 and right now living in Edmonton.

Hit me up and let's chat =)

PHILOSOPHY

"Its not how many years you live in your life, but how much life you live in your years"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well first off friends I have made through CS!

I have been able to surf, participate in groups, and make some reccomendation,etc....

I was able to host my friend, Omar, whom I had met in Mexico through couchsuring! We had an amazing time. We went hiking across a frozen lake (gosh, was he scared), sad around the fire visiting, went out and celebrated new years evem and then took a trip to the Rocky Mountains. So happy to have hosted him!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the amazing pleasure throughout my experience to be able to surf and meet some really amazing and inspiring people. Mission - check!
