ABOUT ME
I started traveling in 1972 and since then I have been many times to Australia where I got a fever. OPAL fever! I have been digging for Opals in Mintabie, Coober Pedy and Lightning Ridge. To New zealand I have been 3 times and I would love to live there!! My longest trip took 18 months and brought me to my most adventureous place, Papua New Guinea.
Since 2005 I had no more chance to go overseas because i started my own business. Therefore I'm very pleased to invite travellers from all over the world to have a break at my home and let me take part at there stories about travelling. If I cant go, so you may come!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most impressive moment in my traveler life was, when I reached at 3am the height of approx. 3800 meters on the way to Mount Wilhelm, 4509 meters. It was a clear night and I was sitting there, waiting for sunrise. Then when it started, small lines of different colors appeared. It was beautiful, stunning. I sat there, speechless, with open eyes and because of this wonder of nature, tears started rolling down my cheeks. The sight was extremly good and one could see about 200 kms on both sides. Therefore one could even see the bending of the globe.
