ABOUT ME

I´m an expert sleeper - i once fell asleep inside a narrow passage in a cave when the person before me got stuck. So however uncomfortable you think your couch/floor/collection of cacti is - i can manage.

However, I try not to spend to much time asleep. When I´m awake I enjoy any activity that can take place outside :)

I´ve lived in Vienna for the past 7 years, but I still get lost a lot, so I´m definitely not the person to show you around. However, I might be someone to discover the city with in teamwork :) If you stay with me or I stay with you I am very happy to cook with/for you. Just be warned that I don´t ever use recipes :)
During carneval and halloween I go crazy with my costumes if I have the time to do so. If you´re into this too, you´re very welcome to join me (or let me join you).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed a few couches but have very little hosting experience so far. However, I am really looking forward now to having the world come visit me while i can´t go out explore it myself ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience with couchsurfing is 100% positive! I met amazing people to share ideas and travel stories with and can´t wait to get involved even more!

Movies: anything narrated by David Attenborough, charming-funny-sad movies like Life is beautiful or Forrest Gump, most animated movies, Lord of the Rings,... I also like the chill of a horror movie but will be checking for monsters under the bed afterwards!

Musik: Lots of different styles but probably nothing that will be on if you turn on your TV right now :)

Books: Douglas Adams, Stephen Fry, Bill Bryson, Louis de Bernières.........

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Camped on the highest canopy walkway of south america in a tent made of an old tarp that used to be the roof of a boat

-got stung seven times by four different species of wasps in only eight days

-went face to face with a curious wild baby seal in Canada

If you are (voluntarily or involuntarily) trying to improve your german I´m very happy to help you practice.

I do have other skills too that i´m happy to share, just thinking of one right now ain´t one of them :)

There´s much I want to learn from you - I´d love to improve my english, photography, climbing, survival skills and I definitely need to refresh my diving knowledge!
