We are a family of 4 who love learning! As of now, we are home schooling our 2 kids. We have hosted couch surfers in the past , but now are taking to the road ourselves for some long term traveling. Our home base is in the suburbs of Chicago.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We've hosted a few people and have really enjoyed getting to know a variety of couch surfers! We know most people want to stay with someone in a cooler locale, but are always happy when people need a place in the suburbs. We're happy to show people around as we are able. We've couch surfed just once so far, but are hoping to do it more.

Interests

Cooking, baking, experimenting in the kitchen with food my husband or I have rescued from the dumpster...reading, running, writing...William Wilberforce and other people that inspire me to use my life for good...making new things out of old things
