ABOUT ME

I am a recent college graduate that is fortunate enough to spend the next year traveling the world and learning from every community I encounter. I really enjoy getting to know new people and new places, as I'm sure most couch surfers do as well.
I am a Colorado native and have lived within 20 minutes of my childhood home for the past 22 years, but have traveled every chance I get. I enjoy playing tennis, hiking, and biking, typical sports in Colorado :).
I was part of a social and environmental justice program in college that changed the way I interact with the world. I am always thinking critically about world issues and seeking alternatives to our current systems.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really wanted to be part of the community for the past year, but I unfortunately lived in an apartment that could not house others. Instead, I want to make myself available to travelers in the Front Range area that want to get coffee or I can take you out to see the sights! Starting in February I want to meet couch surfers globally, starting in South America.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am very new to couch surfers but have lived vicariously through my friends who have hosted couch surfers. My best friend has had great experiences hosting people from around the world and I am excited to be able to partake as well. I have used AirBNB which is similar to couch surfing except you pay for the room and there is sometimes less interaction between hosts and guests. I have met fabulous people that have changed the way I see the world and I expect CouchSurfing to do the same.

Intereses

Adventure, new people, new perspectives, paradigm alternatives, culture, food, hiking, biking, reading, movies, service-learning, justice, oh there are so many things.
