About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Embrace the present and do not overcomplicate

ABOUT ME

I moved to Boston couple of months ago after some years of intense travel time and I'm happy to explore the world from this coast for now. New to the city so I'm discovering Boston myself and so far I like it's European vibe. I'm looking for inspiration for the next travel destination.

PHILOSOPHY

grab the opportunity!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've mainly surfed and I don''t have much experience in hosting. I surfed in USA couple of years ago while travelling across states in San Francisco and New York, and recently I surfed while travelling in South America in Buenos Aires. I feel that it's time to give back all the great experiences and positive energy I received while I was travelling.

Interests

I travel a lot and recently spent half of my life on terminals so I have excellent packing skills and how-to-live-your-life-in-a-train/plane /bus lifehacks mastered:) I can also watch Friends over and over again and it's never a waste of time. I spent some time living in Mexico while studying Ethnolinguistics and I'm interested in Latin culture and music- I dance salsa and also shout songs with Calle 13.
While travelling to Buenos Aires last year I discovered tango argentino and I'm trying to learn it now.

Music, Movies, and Books

Couple pf years ago I had a crush on movida madrilena, I even wrote my thesis on the basis of it's songs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When in Havana I crushed into a private cuban family fiesta, with members of the family celebrating traditional santeria holiday, praying to self made santeria god figure, dancing salsa in a small living room and offering me and my friends home made rum and teaching us salsa. Then with the senior of the family we were discussing politics, religion and history and exchanging emails to send them some articles they do not have access to. Amazing experience!
