ABOUT ME

Right now I'm a teacher- both at a high school and a college. So I'm very busy during the week during the school year, but I'm free all summer long!

I LOVE meeting new people.
My favorite thing is to be shown around by a local: not the tourist sites- just local bars and pubs and beaches and other chill places that make a place your home

PHILOSOPHY

Greater thinkers than I am have better philosophies... but here goes:
-I'm learning to be less fearful (born and raised in NYC leads a gal to be very cautious about people)
-Everyone has something interesting to share
-Love love love love, crazy love

Music, Movies, and Books

Diana Gabaldon and Barbara Kingsolver are excellent writers.
Sublime, Marley,that whole genre really chills me out, but I love some classic rock, some harder stuff (purple-haired metal head as a teenager here!), and even the top 40 to go out and get my dance on, you know?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I survived a fatal shipwreck.
This is at least a 20 minute story, best told over a cold beer :)
