ABOUT ME

My name is Amethyst, but most people call me Amy, although I really have no preference. I am spending the next 6 months in Oxford, Uk. This is will be the longest I've been away from my home in California, USA and Im looking forward to all the experiences that come along with living in a different country. Meeting new people and constantly learning and adapting to this new situation so that I can become a more open, more evolved version of myself. I want to watch my desires manifest into reality as I know they will and I'm looking forward to all the new faces and places that will bring those desires to me :)

Oh God, this is such a broad question.
My philosophy I guess: Everything happens for a reason. Find your reasons, find your purpose; that way when its all over you'll know exactly what you were here for.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met up with a nice german girl named Sheila while she was visiting California one time and we bought shoes and went to a German film festival in San Francisco. But thats it so far.

Interessen

Music, music, music! Culture, food, art, movies, partying, cuddling, adventure. Im a Taurus meaning Im SUPER sensual, so anything engaging my senses Im down for! I just like to enjoy all the wonderful things that come with being alive. Ill try almost anything once. Im firstly a singer (I think I can only go a couple seconds without singing... but thats it.), but I also play a bit of guitar and piano. Ive done some musical theatre which is really fun and recently Ive been getting into art and drawing. I also like to cook, even though I dont have much experience. I love watching foreign films (especially French) and taking naps in the middle of the day if I get too tired. I like getting into writing and a bunch of other stuff that I never completely finish because of my inability to focus for long periods of time and my tendency to get bored with the same thing for too long.
