ABOUT ME

I am a fun, petite, redhead, filled with energy and a love for laughter and life. I attend Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio and study Psychology and International Leadership Studies. To me, there is much more to life than what exists on your average day to day. It is important to grasp everything the world has to offer and really go out there and try something new!

PHILOSOPHY

Over the past few years I have changed, a lot. I have learned the importance of people in your life and searching for experience not just material things. I live my life with the curiosity of where I will go, who I will meet, and what I will do. Life is an adventure and I believe that it is important to live it with passion and excitement!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have studied abroad and couch surfed a number of times in Europe. Beyond that I have made great friends through couch surfing and use it as a tool to meet people who share the same interests!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in a few cities and had wonderful experiences. I attended weekly CS events in Aix en Provence and have gone to other meetings in Buffalo (with plans to attend more in the future!!). All the people I have met are fascinating and so kind. I also have a language partner who found me through couch surfers! I have also recently moved to Pittsburgh for the summer where I hope to meet locals and learn more about the city through CS.

Centres d'intérêt

I enjoy running, reading, making ridiculous films with friends, eating, dancing, sports (all kinds), enjoying time alone, sitting in the sun, taking risks, and getting the most out of any situation. Oh. And I guess you could say traveling ; )

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I'm a music fanatic. I listen to it all the time. I love how sometimes music can represent a period in your life. My favorite genres are indie, classic rock, and hip hop. I enjoy Adele, The Beatles, Coldplay, Maroon 5, Florence and the Machine, Arcade Fire, Eric Clapton, Creedance Clearwater Revival, Tegan and Sara, Ingrid Michaelson, Kid Cudi, Missy Elliot and much more :D

I love movies and books too, but feel like I don't have enough time to enjoy them! Also, I love recommendations, so if you have any, let me know!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Everyone says how amazing the Grand Canyon is, but you don't really believe it until you see it. The Grand Canyon was on of the most beautiful things I have ever seen and it was truly majestic. Fortunately I have been able to see a lot of my homeland in the United States, from Boston, to Orlando, and Memphis, to Los Angeles. Since my travels abroad in Europe, and I must say that one of the most moving experiences was standing by the cremation site of Julius Caesar in the Romun Forum. Amazing.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

This may seem silly, but I recently became involved in a Pro Tap Water Campaign. When companies bottle up water they are taking away are basic element to life! Avoid buying overpriced water and fill bottles up from the tap! (It is usually better and safer for you).

I also have dance for over 15 years with a studio so would love to teach some moves!
