ABOUT ME

I play video games, am an active roleplayer on rolepages.com and work full time. I'm agnostic and interested in all religions, I'm open minded and willing to learn about just about anything. I went back to school to expand my knowledge base on the world, and am hoping to continue my education soon.

PHILOSOPHY

I've spent most of my life perfecting the art of freeloading or skating by at the lowest expense possible. It's not a glamorous life, but it's a laid back one. I don't think about the future much, just go where life takes me, and recently I've started planning things... maybe a change is on the horizon.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I wrote a series of papers for my english course concerning the cultural aspects of couch surfers, and now I'd love to start hosting for the community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met a few people online and stayed on their couches instead of booking hotels, usually on trips specifically made to hang out with them. I've also hosted my fair share of indigent couch-surfing moneyless friends who were kicked out of their parents houses and needed a place to crash for a few weeks, but never anything as formal or organized as this.

I'm a movie addict and spend a lot of time watching Netflix, Hulu, and other DVDs and online collections. I'm also a pretty avid reader of science fiction and fantasy, I listen to audiobook podcasts. I'm not much of a music fan, but listen to just about anything other than country.

I spent a few years traveling up and down the east coast of the united states, and saw a lot of cities and skylines and mountains - these simple testaments to nature and humanity are an amazing sight

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I know a little bit of sign language, and English. I've got a random assortment of trivia style knowledge and have taken a lot of social study type courses in college. I'd really love to learn Japanese, and have taught myself hiragana, katakana, a couple hundred kanji, and am working on grammar and comprehension.
