About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Taking the best of each moment without losing the ability to be amazed! My mission is to be present and always aware the moment. I like getting to know not only cities and their landmarks, but different people and their cultures.

ABOUT ME

Hello!
I think couchsurfing is amazing to get to know people and make friends at home and in the cities I visit. I don't like to only pass through cities landmarks, but to get in touch with local people.
I am very easy-going and love to laugh and have fun.. I am always up to a good night out! Love hanging out on bars and nightclubs!
People in Minas Gerais are known for their hospitality, and I think I am no different. My house is a bit small, but I will make all the effort to make your stay very pleasant!
As a guest, I always try to be as organized and helpfull as I can. You can count on me for anything you need!
I simply love travelling, to cities or to the nature. When I'm on a trip I stay on a very cheerful state of mind!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a host, I'll be happy to receive people at my home city. As a guest, I am eager to know more about people's life and culture. I'd like to spend time with my hosts when posible and I'll be happy with anything you like to share with me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few couches on Europe and Argentina, and hosted people in my house, specially in the 2014 World Cup. All my couchsurfing experiences have been great!

Interests

I have a lot of interests, like politics; music (I love brazilian music and rock and roll); cinema and photography; new languages (love speaking english and spanish, currently trying to learn german); travelling... I also love cooking, specially food from Minas Gerais.

Music, Movies, and Books

Brazilian music is our biggest contribution to civilization. Caetano Veloso is a pretty good example of that. Love rock and roll. Some of my favorite authors are García Marquez, Guimarães Rosa, Caio Fernando Abreu, Hilda Hilst, Milan Kundera, Herman Hesse.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The amazing salar de uyuni during the floods; the posesion of Bolivian president Evo Morales; a lot of deserted, astonishing beaches on Ilha Grande/RJ; the city of Mompox, Colombia, that resembled to me what I though Macondo must be like. And don't get me started on Brazil, or the list would become a novel ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Spanish, portuguese, cooking... I don't know a lot, but I am willing to share the little I know.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Colombia, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Netherlands, Peru, Spain, United Kingdom, Uruguay
