ABOUT ME

Hii there!i'm larisa (or just lara croft tomb raider).
I was born in Minsk and i love my country (wish to improve my belarussian language) even though i plan to move to New York.
I'm trying to enjoy every moment of my life. i do not regret about anything, i'm trying to get an experience for future.everything happens in life develops our personality, thats why every moment,every person is so important.i like adventures and having fun and I'm always in a mood to party)I'm kind of a YES-girl if it's something about parties or hanging out.
I’m crazy about getting out of my comfort zone.Every time I feel scared i never give up just to make sure and prove myself that I CAN do it (even last night I stayed at the village near small town in the middle of nowhere in Belarus , everybody was already sleeping, I was bored and I decided to go to explorer the town by bike at night, no people at the street,no lights,just few cars passing by,it was scary and funny coz I didn’t see the road,total darkness,that’s why I was pretty happy that I was alive when I finally reached the town).Also I like to make night rides alone by bike in minsk (it’s awesome coz all the time I find smth interesting on my way whether it’s a prostitute or just interesting building I didn’t notice before).
I'd like to become a vegetarian or even vegan but when i just think about kebab i forget about everything in this world.But i will do it in future)i believe in myself.
I like making lists (whether it's a list to do for a next day or list of countries i want to visit till my death or list of the best moments in my life).
I wear hight heels even though i'm like 10 sm taller than average belarussian girl.
I like to be surrounded by other people and also i like spending time alone,i'm never bored with myself.
I like to laugh and to have fun but also i enjoy night talks about sense of living and the future of universe.
And travelling.Of course if you are reading this profile that means that both of us you and me like travelling.
So hope to see some of you guys during mine or your trips)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mostly im travelling and looking for hosts. Sometimes i can host somebody. The problem is that i live with my parents and my dad is not in favor of idea to host unfamiliar people.
Also im meeting with some couchserfers coming to Minsk and showing them smth in my city.

People,art,playing the piano,foreign languages,studying (don't mean just school and university),NYC,rainy weather when i'm at home reading a book and sun when i'm out,bridges,driving a car at night,trying different dishes all around the world.Top of my favourite ones: pizza Margarita in pizzeria de Michele in Naples (I went there specially to try a real pizza in a place of it’s origin); baklava in Istanbul (for sure in other countries of middle east it’s also good but in Istanbul it was the first I tried and the best),lachmacun and kunefe from Turkish cuisine (even thinking about all these dishes makes me happy), chinese food in USA (never been to china but people who were told me that chinese food is tasty only out of china); thai noodles (tried in Budapest); Spanish gazpacho and sangria; tiramisu ( tried many in Italy but only in Belarus I tried the best,I know at least 2 places in minsk where tiramisu is incredible); cheesecakes at cheesecakefactory in USA(that’s what I really miss about usa, the best cheesecakes in the world, just in physical appearance it seems so beautiful that you even feel sorry that you are destroying such beauty while eating); M&M with peanutbutter (only in US you can find it,half a kilo package costs like 3$ in 99Cents store, I miss it so much); Oreo cookies (we don’t have it in Belarus so if you want see me happy you can bring a package for me); belarussian draniki (just amazing, and I know a place in minsk where you can eat the most delicious draniki in the world). I’m crazy about chocolate and candies (you can also bring me a chocolate and I’ll be pretty happy, just don’t’s be surprised if I start eating in a couple of seconds after you give it to me).I like to eat and to do a lot of sports as well. I play volleyball for 7 years or smth (and I’m still a bad player who destroys the game all the time, but as I was told at the playground in Brighton beach in NY “girls are always welcome here” ).I like jogging (the most pleasant feeling is when I’m going home totally wet and satisfied after 40 min running); cycling (it’s ok for me to cycle for 4 hours per day just because I enjoy it),swimmimg pool (it happens seldom coz for jogging I just need to put on my sport clothes and sneakers and I’m ready,just get off the house,the same with bycicle,but to go swimming I need to find a swimming suit,towel,money and time to reach the pool,but a couple of times per year it happens); not long ago I went to a yoga course and really like it,wish to continue. I was fond of irish dances for more than 2 years,went there for the first free lesson just for fun with a friend and stayed for 2 years.I even danced at some performances at my university (if you are interested I can show you some videos),and took part in competitions (and failed).I finished my dancing career and only dance in clubs or bars (it doesn’t matter am I drunk or sober I can dance all night long).What concerns drinking all the time I’m trying to quit it forever (several times per year I have some sober periods when I don’t drink alcohol at all for 1-2 months) but I’m a big fan of wine and coctails (don’t like beer ,Campari and strong beverages).
So as you see mine main 2 activities in life are eating and doing sports.Kidding.Of course I also sleeping a lot.
If you are still reading I’m glad) I like to read and I love books. Normally girls are crazy about shopping but it’s not about me, I never spend much time just going and chosing,I know what I want and I know the places where I can buy it (never buy anything in Belarus because of the prices,we are poor country but prices are as if everybody is rich enough,but in NY shopping was incredible), buyng clothes makes me feel nervous and tired, but I like to buy books,I’m so happy with every new one I bought!In my room I have many shelves full of books and I feel so sad when some of it disappear (it happens often).I guess you are already tired reading all that bullshit I wrote so I will just give you a list of my favourite movies,books and music (about all of these aspects I can talk for hours).
And of course i like bars, pubs, clubs,having fun with friends and so on.
