About Me

Hello! I travel and work remotely. I work in cancer research, I started a biotech startup few years ago to develop new cancer therapies with Artificial Intelligence.

I am from Italy but lived most of my adult life in the UK and travelling around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to attend CS events and hangouts to meet with the locals and other travellers. Met many interesting people through couchsurfing.

Also sometime I enjoy hosting people and give them a non-touristy view of the city I live

Travel the world while working online without having any fixed "home" but living as a local in many different places.

Teach, Learn, Share

"We shall not cease from exploration. And the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time." -- T.S. Eliot

"What is the Truth? A mobile army of metaphors, metonyms, and anthropomorphisms, in short, a sum of human relations which have been enhanced, transposed, and embellished poetically and rhetorically, and which after long use seem firm, canonical, and obligatory to a people: truths are illusions about which one has forgotten that this is what they are" -- Friedrich Nietzsche

"You take delight not in a city's seven or seventy wonders, but in the answer it gives to a question of yours. [...] Or the question it asks you, forcing you to answer, like Thebes through the mouth of the Sphinx" -- Italo Calvino, Invisible Cities

"Man is tormented by no greater anxiety than to find someone quickly to whom he can hand over that great gift of freedom with which the ill-fated creature is born." -- Fyodor Dostoyevsky, The Grand Inquisitor
