I am a human living on the East coast of the United States. I have a degree in Peace and Justice, which means that I care about things and I love having engaging conversations with people of all backgrounds. I love the people that I meet when I travel and I love the way that traveling makes me feel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a new comer to the CS program, and currently I do not have a couch to offer, but I am seeking cozy and un-cozy couches to crash on, while I meet new faces and see new places.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have no couch surfing experience, but I can't wait to get some!

Interests

Dance of all sorts, music of many sorts, art appreciation, sewing, making cards, environmental issues, human rights issues.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I love documentaries, comedies, cerebral movies, pixar films... anything that is not too scary and that has an actual storyline.

Music: I will listen to anything that makes my toes tap, fingers snap, heart ache, head swoon, muscles twitch, ears yearn... (of Montreal, the Cure, Regina Spektor, Lana Del Rey, The Ting Tings, Yeah Yeah Yeahs...)

Books: I will read anything that is suggested to me, some of my favorites were a thousand splendid suns, boy soldier, fight club... I love relating to characters, especially if it is something I have not felt personally.

Teach, Learn, Share

As you can tell from my interests and such, I am interested in anything and everything (music, religions, cultures, places...), as long as it is presented in an interesting manner, I am all ears! I plan on being a lifelong learner, and I am happy to share any part of myself that would be of value to others. I am also a great mediator.
