ABOUT ME

There are literally billions of true stories to be told that unfold within the constant flow of our daily lives. I like to tell the stories that otherwise wouldn't be told, I love to hear them, and I hope to meet them. When traveling of course there is always the museums, every post office box is a UNESCO world heritage site, and I'm pretty sure every country has its own beer. For me to really appreciate a place, it's people, and what makes it not just livable but enjoyable are those that make that place their home human and animal.

I consider it a privilege to be in the places I've been and attempt to treat my surroundings as places I'm certainly not entitled to but a guest in. Indeed the entirety of this Earth to me, as I am more or less passing through is a journey. Be it long or short, I'll try to do my best to leave it a better place then I found it. I try to make a deliberate effort to randomly be kind, and most of the time it works.

in the words of a great poet, "we're talented and rad as fuck."

PHILOSOPHY

.."You gotta see it to believe it"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I donated initially, and I have yet to find more ways to participate. I have just surfed for my first time and it was great.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in Madrid, and it was great unexpectedly one of the highlights of my travels so far. Although when I initially heard about it I was excited to try it it logistically it took a while for it to happen.. Most of my experience has been in meeting up with couchsurfers for a coffee, chat, and walk around their city but I am interested in being more involved in the community.

When I settle down in one place for a long enough period to buy a couch (or have a guest room) I intend to host as many people as I possibly can.
