About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to meet new people, to speak foreigner languages

ABOUT ME

I'm a freelance German teacher. I work in a language school.
I have two daughters (26, 31) I live together with the younger one, but we are very independent from each other:-)
My younger daughter is conscious Buddhist and searching for her way, the elder seems to have found it:-)

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a woman, I have no philosophy:-)

Interests

I like languages. I would like to speak English as well as German.
With the Russian the case is the following: Actually I'm a German-Russian teacher but I taught Russian only for 1 year because after that Russian soldiers left Hungary in 1990 only a few students wanted to learn this language. So my knowledge became absolutely passive:-(
I have a little garden this is nearly 1,5 km from flat away, here I have mostly flowers.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I like music, I believe in the power of music. I grew up with heavy metal like Led Zep, Black Sabbath etc. but after 50 I became softer, so now I prefer Manfred Mann, The Doors, but some classical music too.
Books: unfortunately I don't have much time for reading but I try to read every day some pages. In German or English or Hungarian. Most of all I like the diary of a Hungarian writer. After leaving Hungary he lived nearly 10 yrs in South-Italy, then 10 yrs in New York, then again South-Italy and finally he went again for 10 yrs in the USA. Actually he is my ideal, I would like to live abroad for a long long time too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was camping in the mountains in North of Hungary with my daughter - that was a Buddhist camp and a bear came over there from Slovakia just at that time and he didn't eat us although it was there all night around our tent and made a lot of noise trampling on branches.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I think you can help people by teaching but it's more important to have own experiences.

Countries I’ve Visited

Countries I’ve Lived In
