Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host a lot of surfers now that iI finally live in a openminded house! I've also surfed and gone to meetings, us couchsurfers are simply a different breed !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have taken a solo road trip across the USA!I stayed with a few hosts and met up with people in cities. It's been really amazing so far.
Hosting is amazing! I had a few dozen surfers stay so far. That being said, it's a busy city and hosts get a LOT of couhrequests (like 4 to 10 a week easily, sometimes more!) So between hosting and work, if I don't respond I'm sorry! Don't have enough time to personally respond (That's why my response rate is low) but please don't let that stop you from sending a request. The more in advance the better, but you never know!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Pompeii- I'd seen it in school books, in National Geographic, in Pink Floyd's live concert DVD, but getting there and seeing such an ancient wonder in real life.....nothing compares to that.

just knowing that thousands of years ago it was a unique and vibrant living city, and still to this day it's structures are still being unearthed and discovered....mind-boggling.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a Renaissance Man. I'm a little good at a lot of things, but can't say I've mastered anything but having a good time.

I can tell story after story though, once I get going. And I will listen as much as I'll talk, hearing the life-story of other people is always amazing.

My house has a plethora of instruments also, including a drum set in the kitchen! We jam a lot and would love for you to join in!
