I'm very curious about life in all aspects. I'm curious about plants, philosophy, biomedicine, physics, math, arts, languages, ceramics,
It's not that I master all these aspects, I surely don't,

This means I know a little about a lot, the irrelevant sort of knowledge that makes human beings talk to one another for hours.

Formally, I graduated in psychology and masterd in literature.

My house has always been a shelter for many people. outside couchsurfing,

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Cousurfer by nature, when I found it here I found my kind (people who values most experiences and other people instead of money - at least in the majority)

I've met very nice people since I joined it here, some extraordinary, and a couple of them got really close to me (really close friends).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Guests and hosts are not necessarily from the same "symbolic universe" that you are, which makes things even more interesting.

But when it happens that you bump into someone from the other side of the ocean that has the same world view that you do, and the guest is as open as you are, voilá: you got a new real friend, someone you can count on, someone to whom you offer dependability.

Now it's time to travel to find these like minded people!

Keeping the same old friends throughout my life.
Being able of making real close friends after my forties (ooops, now fifties - and I want it to be till the end)
Fostering a fifteen year old girl (who is now 23 and in college)
Not having any keys of my house for 18 years (so any friend, anytime, would be able to come in, have some water, use the toilet,...)
Hosting my whole life (outside this app)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach English and Portuguese, some organic gardening, some philosophy, some philosophy of education
I might try to learn anything you want to teach me, I'll probably be interested. Well, most probably.

Teaching dancing and singing samba (and a bit of salsa)

Teaching Portuguese and English, helping with French

Introducing you to local artists (some already international!), to left activists, agroecological activists (organic food farmers)

Conversations about almost everything (if you wish, of course): global warming, politics, philosophy, history, philanthropy, science,... - some subjects more deeply, others superficially, but always critically, and open to change my mind if convinced.
