Teach, Learn, Share

ich liebe und unterrichte Yoga und möchte mehr darüber erfahren und auch weitergeben, denn da lernt man nie aus.
Ich interessiere mich für jegliche Sportarten, meine neueste sache ist Surfen, Windsurfen. das möchte ich gerne in Brasilien vertiefen.
Ich bin Kurstrainerin und leitete fast 10 Jahren ein Fitnessstudio in Berlin.
Ich interessiere mich für das Leben anderer Menschen und freue mich über den Austausch von Erfahrungen und Erlebnissen.
Seit 6 Jahren lebe ich in Kapstadt- der schönsten Stadt der Welt:-)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in Cape Town since 2011, so I have lots of nice and secret places, tips and tricks. We are living in a dream house in Muizenberg, close to the beach and surfers corner.
