ABOUT ME

I think I'm shy but almost everybody would disagree. My most favorite pastime might be actively listening to passionate people. Anyone speaking openly and honestly I find tremendously interesting, even if I don't agree with them or care for the subject matter. Engaged people engage me. Laughing is essential, I don't know where the crazy noises come from but I love it; bubbling, bursting, squeaking, peeling jubilant emergence. Also it blows my mind that all people CAME OUT OF previous people, like literally. Finites are so rare but that's one, Death is another, both equally AWEsome. I'm an open book but you'll have to flip the pages initially; I loathe the idea of my imposing myself on others. But I guess this inhibition for imposition might also somehow be a potentially nasty fault in terms of accepting the tremendously bountiful generosity I've received time and again throughout my life. My greatest dream is to have an incredibly progressive/beneficial effect on everyone's existence and have no one know It was me who did it. NO APOLOGIES ; ) Sometimes when I forget myself, like in persistent concentration, I'll rub one pectoral muscle with my opposing hand (under the shirt, slowly). I grew up in a Loving home with hardworking parents in a sheltered affluent society and as far back as I can remember I've always been deeply depressed and incredibly happy. In getting older these extremes have broadened in their intensity. Intensity being the common denominator. With that said, I'm predominately mellow yet playful when piqued, extremely hard to offend and prone to giggling. I truly enjoy the act of being alive and it's the simplest things which I love most. Mayhaps chief among them, sitting quietly/consciously with another human being. Very Bonus

PHILOSOPHY

Radicality. Something is happening. I have no definitive idea what it is, where it came from, or where it's going. Although, there does seem to be discernible patterns, historically and in subjective experience. Still the patterns we NOTice are engendered by what we have the ability/experience to find NOTE-worthy. I hold many hypotheses all undergoing simultaneous experimentation and predicated upon the logical necessity that I can never really know proof positive what this is intellectually. Intuition. Radical intuition... thats the goal. What ever it is, it is certainly doing it, and the doing being done currently I find wildly epic. Everything emerges from the universe. We are all of us of it. All the universe looking at itself. I have no clue as to the significance of this but it must be what drives my entire existence.

For just under a year, while I rode the subway "the EL" through Chicago, I carried blank business cards. Whenever I had a particularly striking thought about another passenger, I would write that thought on one of these cards. Then I would slip the card into his or her pocket/bag/purse, or just drop it discretely on their lap as I rushed off the train.
