About Me

I was born and raised between the chamizos and cactos in the Sonora Desert, Mexico, next to the border with Arizona. My parents decided to migrate to the U.S when I was finishing high school in Mexico, so I continued with my college education at Arizona. I pursued my B.A. in Psychology, but my thing is music and arts. During my lifetime I fell in love with a Jarocha (Veracruz Port-Southern Mexico Coast girl), she's mad about movies and philosophy. Now we are studying our second carrer in Sociology, which has changed our lives and perception of the way we see the world. Together, we decided to join our lives in Mexicali (border with California), where we are writing our love and adventure story, you are welcome to be part of it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love to make our guests feel like home, giving them comfort, secure and provide all the information they might need. We like to get ready for each guest that come into our house. Same way we like to receive the best from our hosts; but we don't like to bother. We usually plan our trips with anticipation, but we are willing to adapt to change conditions according to our host time and availability.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We have been traveling around Mexico and Central America. Our goal is to know our own country, get involved in our cultural roots so we can relate and teach about it to people from other cultures. In the next couple of years we will be heading to South America to get the most experiences from people of those places, then get prepared in language, and learning about culture to travel to Europe and the rest of the world!
